Return Policy

Due to limited drops and exclusive releases, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at capsole97@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will make it right by offering a replacement or refund if approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items

Refunds (If Approved)

If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after review.
